the staff were friendly, everything was done with a smile. the rooms are spacious. the hotel is a two minute walk from eyre square.
this made it difficult to transport luggage. there was no pull up at the hotel to unload luggage.

the hotel location is quite central. it made it easy to walk to many spots. the shower was very good with strong water pressure. breakfast was tasty with a decent selection of items.
my room felt quite small and a little warm. the air conditioning did not seem to work effectively. i had to open the window, but it got pretty noisy outside.

the location is central, only a short walk to eyre square. the restaurant has excellent food at a fair price. staff members were helpful with directions to nearby attractions.
the walls seemed a bit thin i could hear some noise from the hallway.

The location was good, near bus and train stations. It was quite handy.
The bathroom fan made a loud noise all night. It was annoying and i reported it but nothing happened. dinner in the hotel was not great for kids. My child had trouble finding anything suitable and the cost felt high for a small portion of wings. there was no air conditioning in the room, and with only slight window openings, it got hot.
